Community Appreciation Wall

2020 has been a difficult and challenging year so far for many Australians.

From the devastating summer bushfires, to the ongoing drought to wild storms and floods and now the Coronavirus pandemic, the nation has been impacted.

Australia is built on mateship, mutual respect, compassion for those in need and the pursuit of public good. More than ever we need to support those Australians who are experiencing hardship.

We say thank you to the thousands of community members in essential service roles. We show our appreciation to those people in the community who have helped those in need.

We say thank you for making a difference.

Please join us and share a message of thanks on our community appreciation wall, located near Big W.

About Nightlight Outreach

Nightlight Outreach provide support to local individuals and families who are going through tough circumstances. The not-for-profit service relies on volunteers and donations to provide free community feeds, aid with face to face counselling, personal items, clothing, blankets and support to those struggling within the community.

The Nightlight goal is to make everyone feel like they are in an environment where they can receive help, care and support.

Since their establishment in 2004, the self-funded charitable organisation has been able to help over hundreds of people through the support of the Beenleigh community.

For more information on how you can support Nightlight Outreach, visit their website.
